vip padre’s suite for customers

My team would be regularly tasked with hosting special events and generate ideas, create themes, and carry out execution. We would often lean on a local attraction or venue and come up with a memorable activity. With the San Diego Padre’s playing at home the week of our event, we booked a private suite at Petco Park and gained permission to use logos and players in our branding. We developed a full suite of marketing materials, including email templates, custom invites sealed with the event sticker, and custom landing pages.

vip virtual golf event for customers

My team would be regularly tasked with hosting special events and generate ideas, create themes, and carry out execution. We would often lean on a local attraction or venue and come up with a memorable activity. With a nearby whiskey bar that also had a Virtual Top Golf simulator, we coined the event name Sip & Swing and built out a full suite of marketing materials, including custom email templates, landing page, and custom coasters that served as an invite and ticket to gain entry.

industry exhibitions

As part of the Veriforce corporate rebrand, our team built out a new exhibit booth system to better represent the innovation and expertise that can be found in the Veriforce solution. We leveraged a third-party display manufacturer and designed the layout, graphics, and video content in-house.

community service day

Our team was presented with the opportunity to strategize what a single day of community service would look like. Being a first time event for the organization, we began to iron out goals and imagine what the experience should feel like for both the volunteer giving their time, and the community service recipients. We proposed a brand that worked with the existing organization brand, and empowered teams to begin executing ideas. Project length was 6 months and the event mobilized over 500 volunteers at 6 different locations in Loudoun County in a single day.

christmas experience

Each year, our team had been tasked with creating fresh and exciting Christmas designs. We aimed to begin working smarter, and created our own "brand" of Christmas that we could build off of year after year. Knowing the importance of Christmas tradition, we aimed for a nostalgic feel that was playful, yet elegant. Combined with traditional trees and lights, the environment became warm and exciting for all ages.

The 1st Annual Team Orange Awards was presented to our team with a goal of appreciating volunteers in a way that felt like the Oscars. We knew that the experience needed elegance, but style, and should fall in line with the organization's existing brand. We mailed custom invites, and rolled out the orange carpet for this special night.
